Øyvind Sund is working with commercial law in general, and has special competence within insolvency, real estate and construction, public procurement and corporate law. He has extensive experience in advising companies and creditors on financial restructuring, securing creditor interests and other insolvency related matters. He is appointed as trustee in bankruptcy estates by the City court of Kristiansand. Øyvind Sund has wide experience on dispute resolution. He perform corporate law work, both as a board member and advisor to the board of directors of clients. Øyvind Sund also advice on public procurement law.
