Jens Richard Andersen has extensive commercial law experience, with high emphasis on contract development for domestic and international trade-, industry and service providing companies. He also provide advice on corporate law/ M&A, corporate compliance, financial transactions and insurance. Jens Richard Andersen is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway. He has assisted clients before the Norwegian courts and in domestic and international arbitration. He has been appointed as an arbitrator on several occasions. Jens Richard Andersen has board director experience during many years, especially from industrial companies. He lectures on insurance law, corporate compliance and international arbitration.
